Survey of Fellow Americans' Views

Interesting new poll data on dis/approval of Bush, of America on/not on right track; and re what percentages of Americans are worring about this or that. Somewhere within the document are also numbers on how many people are pissed about govt surveillance. Frustratingly few are worried about it.

Thing is, the percentages of people saying topmost priorities are defense, Osama/Iraq, or terrorism seem surprisingly low. Is it me, or is it also interesting that the NY Times pollsters grouped Osama and Iraq together?

Also interesting to note that concerns about the economy plummeted right after the '04 election. Shows how much election campaigns A. freak people out unduly about problems they otherwise wouldn't be worried about, or B. help focus people on real problems that they otherwise neglect.
