Blog Change (No Big Deal)

Hi, all:

I had some time today and saw that I'd fallen behind on commenting on folks' posts and comments. So, I changed the template to show the last two weeks' worth of posts (however many that is or will be) rather than one weeks', and I've responded to a bunch of stuff, if you want to check it out.

Best, Dug.

you're just a busy little bee.

There sure are a lot of posts in two weeks, eh?

(that's a rhetorical Canadian eh?)

Ya, makes it easier when you drag the "Blog This!" text into your browser toolbar. Then, you can post from wherever you happen to be online...gorgeous!

You will have to explain how to do this later. Busy now, but I want to be more involved in the blogg in the new year. I suspect that we will need some legal insight given the number of indictments outstanding. Good thing I am starting Criminal Proceedure!

Legal insight is utterly crucial. I have, essentially, none, not knowing much about the law. It's great that you're getting involved in the law -- god knows you'll be needed (National Lawyers' Guild, ACLU, et al).

How to, for when you're ready. It's incredibly easy.

Note on the cyberpols homepage (it's a global Blogger feature) that there's a little line of text a bit to the left of center: "BlogThis!"

Drag that to your browser top nav (just above the window is fine). On Firefox, at least, it installs instantly.

Now, wherever you are online, you'll have a "BlogThis!" option as part of your browser. Clicking on it opens a small daughter window that prelaods a title and URL. It semi-annoyingly also sticks in a restatement of the link in the body, but you can easily ditch that and type away.

Everyone should do this! It's a huge timesaver that enriches the blog, I think. I did somewhat overuse it last week, out of my usual overenthusiasm, but it's on balance a very good tool. :)
