Thanksgiving at Cyberpols

Imagine my surprise to come to the blog today and see the lights are on but nobody is home. I'll turn the lights off and shut the door when I leave.
I'm glad to see that you've laid down your swords and taken a break.

As your quiet Canadian observer/member I wish to say 'thanks' for the opportunity to hang around, learn from you, learn from your 'opponents' and gain a few insights. For all the hissing and spitting that comes from here sometimes, you really are a pretty nice bunch of guys. (I'm not referring to all the official members of cyberpols because I really only see doug, pawlr, and demotiki)

You've probably figured out that I'm not quite so far left leaning as you all but that's ok. I know that some of your regular commenters are way right of here and everyone seems welcome. In the course of our life times, and certainly my children's we'll all have to find a way to get bit closer to center. The world is shrinking at an amazing rate.

Happy Thanksgiving Cyberpolers.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! Most everyone on this blogg is learning something, myself included. However, I suspect that I am somewhat to the right of your politically. At least my socialist buddy Doug would say so.

Enjoy the downtime everyone, we have a couple more months of the grind before Christmas.
