Rove Likely to Face Similar Charges as Libby

As I controversially opined in a prior comment Rove only gained a temporary stay on Fitzmas Day. It now appears that Fitz. is zeroing in on Rove & possibly Hadley as new information comes in from witnesses who are changing their stories, and from entirely new witnesses like Woodward.

I suspect Rove is going to continue to be a great political liability to the president even after he’s indicted. Bush would be wise (which we know he is not) to fire the whole lot now and start a new administration a la Reagan post Iran-Contra. However, that would take a great deal of courage, something W. has always had in short supply.

I should also mention that Rove's former personal assistant who helped cover-up his phone calls with Cooper was also a personal assistant to Bush and (drumroll please) Abramoff! Either there's a real shortage of personal assistants in DC or there's something fishy going on here.
