Bush League "Journalism": Judith Miller Ain't No Hero

At 0:47 in the into section, comments on Miller starts. When Amy hits Ehrenreich at 1:25, you can fast-forward to 2:10 for the headlines on Miller. This ends at 3:52.

If you want more in-depth info (and you should), then go to 22:40. It all ends at with comments by Barbara Ehrenreich, also a writer at the Times, and a fine investigative journalist, at 48:45.

Of course, I suggest you watch the whole hour! Every day. By around 10:00am (usually) here. Amy Goodman is basically the best all-around journalist out there.

This is what journalism looks like. The New York Times is not.

PS: At 5:34, the fact that the New York Times reported recently -- that we've been fighting on and over the border of Syria for a year now -- is discussed. Nice. Can we trust the Times, though?

Her "We Were All Wrong" nulla culpa: here.

The Times Sunday edition article.

Feel free to correct my nonexistent Latin, but I think you get the drift.

And if you pay attention, note that the administration a ways back (couple/few months) started saying that no one had actually, specifically named "Valerie Plame" or "Valerie Wilson."

Hence, "Valerie Flame" and "Victoria Wilson"?

I smell not a rat but those huge agouti rats that live in South America. Google it for a photo.

Oh, and I was wrong about Julie Miller. I mean, Judy Muller. Dead wrong. Thought I'd type that for the record.

I have been disgusted about this for a very long time already. Miller was a known stoge for the admin. for several years now, why the big surprise that she is lying for them? She's a complete failure as a journalist and a human being. The Times ought to squeeze her for every bit of info they can get and then run a massive attack on her and fire her sorry ass. That's about the only way they could turn this into a positive.
