Fox stops reporting real news during it's match-up with Aaron Brown

Anyone who has watched Greta Van Susteren probably has wondered if she was ever a member of the nazi party. A smaller number of you probably wondered if she has ever been of journalist.

Although her time slot is supposed to match Aaron Brown's "New Night," Greta has greatly increased her audience after realizing that the actual news was far too depressing to watch. CNN has been broadcasting tape of IEDs blowing up for a fortnight now. It's pretty cool to watch, but only if you are in teh "reality" based community. Meanwhile, Greta Van Susteren has been soakin' up the sun in Aruba covering the abduction of a girl from the US. I wouldn't be surprised if Greta had the girl kidnapped and had her office set up in Aruba before the crime was committed. In fact, the Aruba story shows up more than nine times as much on Fox as on CNN and most of it is by Greta.

Bush is starting a new tour to promote the Iraq war as an act of performance art, his newest explaination now that democracy is clearly unobtainable.

Funnily enough, I had heard -- apparently wrongly -- that Van Sustern was on the leftward end of the spectrum at Fox (that being a relative term). Yeesh.
